Every bit counts, especially for those Far North Queenslanders we’re helping live their best lives. We accept clothing, equipment, and food donations to assist us deliver our community hub and allow those who need assistance to access support. We are looking for donations – Give regularly or as a one-off, it makes a difference. Make a regular gift via your credit card or bank account.
Maybe Leaving a gift in your will – Leave a legacy to be proud of by leaving us a gift in your will. You have the comfort of knowing your final gift makes a real difference.

Playing it Forward
Aspire Cairns Foundation and Empowe Me Program
supports individual scholarships, a community hub, a community bus and mentor staff all designed to break down the barriers of disadvantage and work with mainstream community to provide a safe and engaging space to support personal growth, community reconciliation and cultural understanding.
We aim to support participants to LIVE WELL LEARN WELL LEAD WELL and your support is needed and appreciated. $500 will provide a scholarship for an eligible young person to engage in activities not usually possible. If Scholarships not for you, every $50 will assist in providing healthy eating options at the Aspire Hub, equipment or uniforms to ensure these young people are supported to feel like they are part of the team and a donation of $100 can assist volunteers and clubs to build capacity to support sustainable delivery and future opportunity.

Replacing the Reef Pitch Artificial Surface
This has become of paramount importance. Cairns Hockey has worked hard across Far North Queensland community to support a POST COVID19 Recovery Strategy. This recovery relies on having the 2 artificial surfaces available. Reef Pitch Surface is over 11 years old and is no longer able to host national events past 30th Sept 2022.
CHA is looking to raise $400,000.00 to add to contributions it has received to date in grants and fundraising. Failure to secure the replacement pitch in a reasonable time will reduce the capacity of Cairns Hockey to deliver its community programs and competition and this will have devastating results and decimate all the good post Covid19 recovery work done.
